Cancellation policy – We understand that unavoidable circumstances may result in a need to cancel or change your appointment. Out of respect for our busy stylists/therapists’ time, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any amendments or cancellations to appointments. Unfortunately, less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the full-service appointment costs.
