The three directors have all done the London-thing, they’ve trained with the best and all gone on to manage award-winning high-end salons. Their collective passion remains, very simply: great hair, beauty and customer service (whilst being eco-friendly) that’s what drives 21…
However, no salon can rest on its laurels and directors, Justine, Stuart and Tina are as committed today as the day they started in the industry. They are all forward-thinkers, who know what works and what’s current, as do the rest of the team.

Hair is, and always will be, my true inspiration, 30 years in this creative industry and I am still as motivated and driven as when it all began. Whether it’s an express blow-dry for a party or a colour transformation, I use my knowledge and expertise to ensure that all my guests have a wonderful experience.
I can’t imagine a more rewarding career and look forward to the exciting future ahead at 21…

Learning my craft with the best in the industry has led me to win prestigious hair awards and be part of many award-winning teams. I genuinely love what I do and feel privileged to be part of this exciting journey that is growing our 21… brand.
One of the most rewarding aspects for me is gaining the complete trust of my guests and using my creativity and attention to detail in both cutting and colouring, to guide them on a path to ever evolving beautiful hair.

I love my job! I’ve worked in inspirational salons all of my career, becoming an art director and managing large creative teams has enabled me to put my business acumen into the 21… brand making for an exciting future.
Whether it’s a simple fringe trim or a complete restyle making my clients feel good makes me feel good. I’m still as dedicated and enthusiastic about hair now as when I started.
THE STYLISTS
At 21… all our stylists are exceptional in cutting, styling and colouring and are passionate about creating unique styles for each and every guest. With all appointments allocated on a time basis, it allows them to be creative and give our guests the 1-2-1 time they deserve.

I love every aspect of hairdressing. I especially enjoy being creative with hair colour whether it’s a simple maintenance or a complete restyle. I’m very lucky to be surrounded by a fab team, who also share the same passion for giving each of our guests a salon experience like no other, whilst making every day at work a great place to be.

My strength and passion is for short, curly and difficult hair, I also have an artistic eye for the fashion conscious gentleman. Creating beautiful bespoke hairstyles with sensitivity and warmth is my forte.

Like our stylists all beauty therapists have many years experience in the industry, they pride themselves on giving our clients the most relaxing experience possible. Guests are welcomed into a warm and calm haven where all our treatments are tailor- made just for them.
